At Amerigo Equipment Rentals, we’re more than just an equipment rental service—we’re enthusiasts who live and breathe the automotive world. We’re a family-owned business, built from the ground up on a love for wrenching, building, and going fast.

It all started in a two-car garage, helping my dad keep his 1940 Chrysler New Yorker on the road. That old car taught me how to turn a wrench, how to work with patience and care, and most importantly, how cars can bring people together. By the time I was 15, my dad and I were tackling a Factory Five Daytona Coupe kit from scratch, and I haven’t looked back since.

Today, I’m still hands-on, racing a 1971 Opel GT “Ferrari Breadvan” with friends in endurance events like Lemons and ChampCar. After we grenaded the original motor at Watkins Glen, I pulled off a K24 engine swap in my home garage, until it was back on track where it belongs.

That same DIY spirit is what inspired me to start this business. I know the frustration of not having the right tools when you need them, or not having space for the tools you need. So I built a company to solve that problem: offering professional-grade, mobile equipment for people who want to get serious work done without breaking the bank or remodeling their garage.
